At Fresh Village Meat Hyd, we take utmost care to deliver fresh, hygienic, and quality meat products to our customers. Since our products are perishable in nature, returns and replacements are handled under specific conditions only.
Due to the nature of fresh meat products:
Returns are NOT accepted once the order is delivered.
We request customers to check the order at the time of delivery.
Replacement is applicable only in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Missing items in the order
Product found spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery
Replacement product will be delivered within 4 hours
Important:
The issue must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos or video proof.
Replacement or refund will NOT be provided for:
Delay in reporting beyond the allowed time
Change of mind after delivery
Improper storage by the customer
Partially used or cooked products
Taste or texture preferences

In rare cases where replacement is not possible, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion
If a refund is approved by the company, it will take up to 7 working days to credit the amount to your original payment source.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
