At Fresh Village Meat Hyd, we ensure safe, hygienic, and timely delivery of fresh meat products while maintaining quality and freshness at every step.
We currently deliver orders within Hyderabad city limits only.
Delivery availability may vary based on your pin code and service area.
Orders are delivered within 4 hours of the order recieved within location
Delivery slots will be communicated via call or WhatsApp
Orders placed after cut-off time may be scheduled for the next delivery slot
Delivery charges may vary based on location, distance, and order value
Any applicable delivery fee will be clearly shown at checkout before payment
All meat products are freshly cut and packed after order confirmation
Orders are processed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or confirmation (for COD, if applicable)
Products are packed in food-grade, leak-proof packaging
Temperature and hygiene standards are maintained during transit
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address
Customer not reachable
Repeated delivery attempts refused
The order may be cancelled without refund, as the products are perishable.
Order modifications or cancellations are allowed only before dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
Delivery may be delayed or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic restrictions, strikes, or government regulations.
